MarshallsFeedback is a customer satisfaction survey that allows Marshall’s customers to provide feedback on their recent shopping experience. The survey is conducted by a third-party company and is completely anonymous.

Your feedback is important to Marshall’s and helps them to improve their customer experience. By taking the MarshallsFeedback survey, you can let them know what you liked about your recent shopping experience, what you didn’t like, and what you think they could do to improve.
The following are the rules for the MarshallsFeedback survey:
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
- You must be able to understand and communicate in English or Spanish.
- You must have made a recent purchase at a Marshall’s store in the United States or Puerto Rico and have saved your receipt.
- You can only take the survey once for each purchase.
- Your responses must be honest and accurate.
- You may not submit any false or misleading information.
- You may not use the survey to promote any products or services.
- You may not use the survey to engage in any illegal or harmful activity.
